Burger Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a bowl, combine the Angus ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 equal patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese

During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Pineland cheddar on each patty and cover to melt.

  4. 4

    Toast the Rolls

Lightly toast the potato rolls on the grill or in a toaster.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each roll, place the lettuce, followed by the cooked patty with melted cheese, tomato slices, and onion. Spread roasted garlic aioli on the top half of the roll and close the burger.

Roasted Garlic Aioli Directions

  1. 6

    Roast the Garlic

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the top off the garlic bulb, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30-35 minutes until soft.

  2. 7

    Prepare Aioli

Squeeze the roasted garlic into a bowl, add mayonnaise, lemon juice, and salt. Mix until smooth.

Fries Directions

  1. 8

    Prepare the Potatoes

Cut the potatoes into fries. Rinse and soak in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.

  2. 9

    Fry the Potatoes

In a deep pot, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry the potatoes in batches until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels, seasoning with salt.
