Make the Pasta
In a large bowl, mix flour and eggs until a dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 10 minutes until smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Prepare the Sauce
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, carrot, and celery; sauté until soft. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add ground beef and pork, cooking until browned.

Combine Ingredients
Stir in crushed tomatoes and red wine, simmering for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add fresh basil before serving.

Roll and Cut the Pasta
Roll out the rested dough thinly and cut into desired pasta shapes. Cook in boiling salted water for 2-4 minutes until al dente.

Serve
Toss cooked pasta with Bolognese sauce and serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese and additional fresh herbs.
