Cooking Directions
- 1
Prepare the Lobster
In a pot of boiling salted water, cook lobster tails for about 5-7 minutes until they turn bright red. Remove and let cool. Once cooled, remove the meat from the shells and chop into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
Cook the Spaghetti
In the same pot, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of pasta water.
- 3
Make the Sauce
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in white wine and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- 4
Combine Ingredients
Add the lobster meat to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Stir in the cooked spaghetti, reserved pasta water, and season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
- 5
Prepare the Breadcrumbs
In a separate pan, toast breadcrumbs with chopped basil until golden. Remove from heat.
- 6
Serve
Plate the spaghetti and lobster mixture, sprinkle with toasted basil breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
