Grilling Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a mixing bowl, combine 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Whisk together until well blended.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Chicken

Place the 4 pieces of chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F or 190°C to 200°C).

  4. 4

    Grill the Chicken

Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting excess marinade drip off. Place the chicken breasts on the hot grill. Grill for 6-7 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for another 6-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  5. 5

    Let Rest and Garnish

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
