Preparation

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2

Prepare Spinach

In a saucepan over medium heat, add the baby leaf spinach and sauté until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Once cooled, chop finely.

3

Prepare Artichokes

If using canned artichokes, drain and rinse them. If using frozen, thaw and drain. Chop artichoke hearts into smaller pieces.

Mixing Ingredients

4

Combine Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth and creamy.

5

Add Spinach and Artichokes

Fold in the chopped spinach and artichokes into the cream mixture.

6

Add Cheese and Seasoning

Stir in the five cheese blend, salt, and black pepper until evenly combined.

Baking the Dip

7

Transfer to Baking Dish

Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish and spread it evenly.

8

Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

9

Cool and Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
