Pork Marinade Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, black pepper, dried thyme, and salt. Mix well.

Add the pork tenderloin to the marinade, ensuring it is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
Cooking the Pork

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
