Pork Marinade

Method

Pork Marinade Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Pork

In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, black pepper, dried thyme, and salt. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Coat the Pork

Add the pork tenderloin to the marinade, ensuring it is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

Cooking the Pork

  1. 3

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. 4

    Cook the Pork

Place the marinated pork on a baking tray. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 65°C (145°F).

  3. 5

    Rest the Pork

Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Vegetable Side Preparation

  1. 6

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add zucchini, bell pepper, and carrots. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. 7

    Cook Until Tender

Sauté the vegetables for about 8-10 minutes or until they are tender and lightly browned.

Serving

  1. 8

    Plate the Dish

Slice the rested pork and serve alongside the sautéed vegetables. Enjoy your deliciously seasoned pork dish!
