Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until well mixed. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Make sure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place them on the grill skin-side down. Grill for about 6-8 minutes, then flip and grill for an additional 4-6 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the salmon is marinating, wash and trim the asparagus, slice the bell peppers into strips, and cut the zucchini into rounds.

  2. 5

Toss with Olive Oil and Seasoning

In a bowl, combine the prepared vegetables with olive oil and salt. Toss until the vegetables are evenly coated.

  3. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have nice grill marks.
