Salad Preparation

Prepare the Romaine
Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.

Add Tomatoes and Croutons
Halve the grape tomatoes and add them to the bowl along with the croutons. Set aside.
Caesar Dressing Preparation

Mix the Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.

Whisk Together
Whisk the mixture until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Parmesan Crisp Preparation

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Form Crisps
On the prepared baking sheet, mound tablespoons of shredded Parmesan cheese, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Sprinkle with black pepper.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet.
Assembling the Salad

Once the Parmesan crisps have cooled, add the Caesar dressing to the chopped romaine, tomatoes, and croutons. Toss well to coat.
