Method

Salad Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Romaine

Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.

  2. 2

    Add Tomatoes and Croutons

Halve the grape tomatoes and add them to the bowl along with the croutons. Set aside.

Caesar Dressing Preparation

  1. 3

    Mix the Ingredients

In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 4

    Whisk Together

Whisk the mixture until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Parmesan Crisp Preparation

  1. 5

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 6

    Prepare Baking Sheet

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. 7

    Form Crisps

On the prepared baking sheet, mound tablespoons of shredded Parmesan cheese, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Sprinkle with black pepper.

  4. 8

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet.

Assembling the Salad

Once the Parmesan crisps have cooled, add the Caesar dressing to the chopped romaine, tomatoes, and croutons. Toss well to coat.

  2. 10
