Cook the Spaghetti
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the imported spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti and set aside.

Sauté the Garlic and Clams
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the cleaned baby ocean clams and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the clams begin to open.

Add Wine and Herbs
Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer. Stir in the chopped fresh parsley and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Allow the mixture to simmer for another 5 minutes until the clams are fully opened and the alcohol has cooked off.

Plate and Serve
Serve the spaghetti and clam sauce immediately, garnished with additional parsley and a sprinkle of black pepper if desired.
