Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare Ramekins
Grease four ramekins with 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter and dust with cocoa powder to prevent sticking.

Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a heatproof bowl, combine 170g of dark chocolate and 113g of unsalted butter. Melt them together over a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.

Mix Sugar and Eggs
In a separate bowl, whisk together 100g of granulated sugar, 2 large eggs, 1 egg yolk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.

Add Flour
Sift in 50g of all-purpose flour and gently fold it into the batter until just combined. Do not overmix.
Baking

Fill Ramekins
Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins, filling each about 3/4 full.

Bake
Place the ramekins on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the center is soft.

Cool Slightly
Remove from the oven and let them cool for 1 minute before inverting onto plates.
