Pizza Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) to ensure it’s hot enough for a crispy pizza crust.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Pizza Dough

On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to a large circle, about 12-14 inches in diameter. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.

  3. 3

    Add Olive Oil and Garlic

Brush the rolled-out dough with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic evenly over the surface.

  4. 4

    Add Mozzarella Cheese

Evenly sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the garlic and olive oil layer.

  5. 5

    Bake the Pizza

Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.

Salad Assembly

  1. 6

    Prepare the Salad

While the pizza is baking, in a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and diced cucumber.

  2. 7

    Toss with Vinaigrette

Drizzle the vinaigrette dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently until everything is well coated.

  3. 8

    Top the Pizza

Once the pizza is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Top the hot pizza with the prepared salad mixture evenly across the surface.

  4. 9

    Slice and Serve

Slice the salad pizza into wedges and serve immediately while warm.
