Preparing the Chicken Wings

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Arrange Wings on Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack over the foil. Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on the rack.
Cooking the Wings

Bake the Wings
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the wings for about 40-45 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.
Making the Buffalo Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the hot sauce, unsalted butter, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and vinegar. Stir until the butter is melted and all ingredients are well combined.

Simmer the Sauce
Allow the sauce to simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Tossing and Serving

Toss Wings in Sauce
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until they are well coated.

Serve the buffalo wings hot with celery sticks and blue cheese or ranch dressing on the side.
