Chop the Romaine
While the bacon is cooking, rinse the head of romaine lettuce under cold water. Shake off excess water, then chop the lettuce into quarters, creating wedge shapes.

Prepare the Vegetables
Dice the tomatoes into large chunks and thinly slice the red onion. Set all the vegetables aside.

Assemble the Salad
On a large plate or salad platter, place the quartered romaine wedges. Top each wedge with a generous amount of diced tomatoes, sliced red onions, and crispy bacon pieces.

Add Bleu Cheese
Sprinkle bleu cheese crumbles over the top of the salad generously.

Dress the Salad
Drizzle the bleu cheese dressing over the wedges, ensuring that each wedge is fully covered. Add additional dressing to taste.
