Chicken Wings

Hot Honey Rosemary Glaze

Method

Preparation of Chicken Wings

  1. 1

    Marinate the Wings

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to ensure all wings are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack over it.

Cooking the Wings

  1. 3

    Bake the Wings

Remove the marinated wings from the refrigerator. Arrange them in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.

Preparing Hot Honey Rosemary Glaze

  1. 4

    Make the Glaze

In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped rosemary leaves. Sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the hot honey and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

Finishing Touches

  1. 5

    Glaze the Wings

Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the hot honey rosemary glaze over the wings and toss until they are fully coated.

  2. 6

    Serve

Transfer the glazed wings to a serving platter and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
