Prepare the Crostini
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet and brush each side with olive oil. Bake for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Plate the Burrata
Place the burrata cheese in the center of a serving platter. Using a sharp knife, cut a small slit in the top of the burrata to allow the creamy filling to ooze out.

Add the Tomato Jam
Spoon the tomato jam generously over and around the burrata, allowing some to drip down the sides.

Garnish
Drizzle the olive oil over the burrata and tomato jam. Sprinkle the sea salt evenly over the top.

Arrange Prosciutto
Lay the slices of prosciutto around the burrata on the platter, folding them gently to create a decorative presentation.
