Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Crostini

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet and brush each side with olive oil. Bake for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool.

  2. 2

    Plate the Burrata

Place the burrata cheese in the center of a serving platter. Using a sharp knife, cut a small slit in the top of the burrata to allow the creamy filling to ooze out.

  3. 3

    Add the Tomato Jam

Spoon the tomato jam generously over and around the burrata, allowing some to drip down the sides.

  4. 4

    Garnish

Drizzle the olive oil over the burrata and tomato jam. Sprinkle the sea salt evenly over the top.

  5. 5

    Arrange Prosciutto

Lay the slices of prosciutto around the burrata on the platter, folding them gently to create a decorative presentation.

  6. 6

    Serve with Crostini

Place the crostini around the burrata and prosciutto. Serve immediately while the crostini are still warm.
