Method

Roasting the Turkey

    Preheat and Prepare

    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

    Place the seasoned turkey breast on a baking tray and roast in the oven for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F). Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Preparing the Vegetables and Cheese

    Slice the Apples

    Core and slice the apples into thin wedges.

    Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

    Trim and slice the Brussels sprouts thinly.

    Slice the Red Onion

    Peel and thinly slice the red onion.

    Prepare the Avocado

    Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice the flesh into thin wedges.

    Cut the cheddar cheese into thin slices.

Assembling the Sandwich

    Lightly toast the sourdough bread slices until golden brown.

    Spread a layer of mayonnaise on each slice of toasted sourdough.
