Prepare the Filling

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese. Mix well until evenly combined.

Assemble Wontons
Take a wonton wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center. Moisten the edges with water, fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle, and press to seal. Repeat until all filling is used.
Fry the Wontons

Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry Wontons
Carefully add the wontons in batches to the hot oil. Fry for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Place the fried Reuben rolls on a plate alongside slices of grilled French bread. Serve with a side of Thousand Island dressing for dipping.
