Sourwood Recipe

   Prepare the base

   In a medium saucepan, combine 500 ml of water and 437 ml of sourwood honey. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the honey is fully dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

   Add lemon juice

   Once the honey-water mixture is cool, stir in 30 ml of fresh lemon juice to add a tangy flavor.

   Serve

   Fill a glass with ice cubes, pour the sourwood mixture over the ice, and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve chilled.
