Preparation

1

Roast the Grapes

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). On a baking sheet, combine the red grapes, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat. Roast the grapes in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are soft and starting to burst.

2

Toast the Pistachios

While the grapes are roasting, place the shelled pistachios in a dry skillet over medium heat. Toast for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently until fragrant and slightly golden. Set aside.

3

Grill the Baguette

Slice the L.F. Bakery baguette into 1-inch thick pieces. Brush each slice lightly with olive oil. Grill the baguette slices on a grill or grill pan for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden and crispy.

4

Assemble the Dish

Once the grapes are roasted, remove them from the oven. On a serving platter, place the burrata cheese in the center. Surround it with the roasted grapes, toasted pistachios, and the grilled baguette slices. Drizzle with extra olive oil and sprinkle with fresh thyme if using.
