Preparation
Spread the Pumpkin Seed Butter
Take 2 slices of LF Bakery Brioche and spread 1/2 cup of pumpkin seed butter evenly on each slice.
Add the House Preserves
On the remaining 2 slices of brioche, spread 1/2 cup of house preserves evenly.
Assemble the Sandwich
Carefully place the pumpkin seed butter-covered slices on top of the house preserves-covered slices, creating a sandwich.
Slice and Serve
Cut the sandwich in half if desired and serve immediately.
