Prepare the Filling

Mix the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the buffalo chicken and cream cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Chop the Green Onions
Chop the green onions finely and fold them into the buffalo chicken and cream cheese mixture.
Assemble the Wontons

Fill the Wontons
Take a wonton wrapper and place a tablespoon of the filling in the center. Moisten the edges with water, fold the wrapper over to create a triangle, and press to seal. Ensure there are no air pockets.

Repeat
Repeat the filling and sealing process until all the filling is used up.
Fry the Pistons

Heat the Oil
In a large frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Wontons
Carefully add a few filled wontons to the hot oil and fry for about 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Be sure not to overcrowd the pan.

Drain
Using a slotted spoon, transfer the fried wontons to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
Serve
