Toppings
Method
Chicken Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Breast
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. If grilling, brush with olive oil.
- 2
Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Beer Batter (if choosing beer battered chicken)
- 3
Prepare the Beer Batter
In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Gradually whisk in the beer until the batter is smooth.
- 4
Fry the Chicken
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Dip the seasoned chicken breasts into the batter, allowing excess to drip off, then carefully place them into the hot oil. Fry for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
