Method
Preparation
- 1
Wash the Fruits
Thoroughly wash the strawberries and blueberries under cold running water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
- 2
Prepare the Kiwi
Peel the kiwi using a vegetable peeler. Cut each kiwi in half lengthwise, then slice into half-moon shapes.
- 3
Slice the Banana
Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds, about 1/2 inch thick.
- 4
Prepare the Mango
Peel the mango and slice the flesh away from the pit. Cut the mango into small cubes.
- 5
Prepare the Pineapple
If using a whole pineapple, peel and core the pineapple, then cut into bite-sized chunks. If using pre-cut, just measure out 1 cup.
- 6
Prepare the Grapes
Remove the grapes from the stems and rinse them under cold water. Pat dry with a clean towel.
Assembly
- 7
Combine the Fruits
In a large mixing bowl, combine the prepared strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, banana, mango, pineapple, and grapes.
- 8
Toss Gently
Gently toss the fruit mixture together with a large spoon to ensure even distribution.
- 9
Serve
Transfer the fruit mixture to individual serving bowls or a large serving platter. Serve immediately as a refreshing fruit bowl.
