Method

Burger Patty Preparation

  1. 1

    Mixing the Patty

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.

  2. 2

    Forming the Patty

Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Make a small indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking.

Cooking the Burger

  1. 3

    Cooking the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towels to drain excess grease.

  2. 4

    Cooking the Patty

In the same skillet, add the garlic butter and let it melt. Place the burger patties in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side.

  3. 5

    Adding Cheese

Flip the patties and immediately place provolone cheese on top. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the burger reaches your desired doneness.

Burger Assembly

  1. 6

    Assembling the Burger

On the bottom half of each burger bun, place a leaf of lettuce followed by a slice of tomato. Add the cooked burger patty with melted cheese on top.

  2. 7

    Adding Bacon and Condiments

Top each burger with crispy bacon strips, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Place the top half of the bun to complete the burger.
