Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2
Mix Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- 3
Cream Butter and Sugars
In a large mixing bowl, beat the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
- 4
Add Eggs and Vanilla
Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Combine Mixtures
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- 6
Fold in Chocolates
Gently fold in the Hershey® Kisses®, bittersweet chocolate chunks, and semi-sweet chocolate chunks.
- 7
Scoop Dough
Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- 8
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
- 9
Cool and Serve
Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
