Prepare the Brisket
Trim excess fat from the brisket, leaving about 1/4 inch for flavor.

Season the Brisket
In a bowl, mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Rub the mixture all over the brisket evenly. Let it sit at room temperature for about 1 hour.

Mop the Brisket
Every hour, use a mop or brush to apply a mixture of Worcestershire sauce and beef broth to the brisket to keep it moist.

Rest the Brisket
Once done, remove the brisket from the smoker and let it rest for at least 30 minutes before slicing.

Slice the brisket against the grain and serve with your favorite barbecue sauce.
