Ingredients for San Pellegrino: Limonata & Aranciata

Method

Directions for San Pellegrino: Limonata & Aranciata

  1. 1

    Prepare the Citrus Juice

Juice the fresh lemons and oranges using a citrus juicer until you have approximately 2 cups of lemon juice and 2 cups of orange juice.

  2. 2

    Make the Simple Syrup

In a saucepan, combine the granulated sugar and 2 cups of water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool.

  3. 3

    Mix the Citrus and Syrup

In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice, orange juice, and the cooled simple syrup. Stir well to combine.

  4. 4

    Add Sparkling Water

Just before serving, gently stir in the sparkling water to the citrus mixture for a refreshing fizz.

  5. 5

    Serve

Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the limonata and aranciata mixture over the ice, and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
