Prepare the Pork
In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper to create a spice rub. Rub this mixture all over the pork shoulder.

Slow Smoke the Pork
Place the seasoned pork shoulder in a smoker at 225°F (107°C) for about 8-10 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C). Make sure to periodically check and add wood chips for smoke.

Prepare the Sauce
In a saucepan, combine the apple cider vinegar and water. Heat over medium heat until warmed through.

Toast the Bread
While the sauce is heating, toast the slices of white bread until golden brown.

Assemble the Basket
Take a slice of toasted bread, pile on 10 oz of pulled pork, and drizzle with the warm apple cider vinegar sauce. Serve immediately.
