Brewing Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Equipment
Place the pour-over cone on top of your coffee mug or carafe. Insert the coffee filter into the cone.
- 2
Add Coffee Grounds
Add the coarsely ground coffee to the filter in the pour-over cone.
- 3
Bloom the Coffee
Pour a small amount of hot water (about 30-50 ml) over the coffee grounds to saturate them. Let it sit for 30 seconds to allow the coffee to 'bloom'.
- 4
Pour the Remaining Water
Slowly pour the remaining hot water over the coffee grounds in a circular motion. Ensure all the grounds are saturated. The pour should take about 2-3 minutes.
- 5
Serve
Once the water has completely dripped through the coffee grounds, remove the pour-over cone, discard the filter and grounds, and enjoy your freshly brewed pour-over coffee.
