Peanut Butter Cup Ingredients
Method
Peanut Butter Cup Directions
- 1
Prepare the base
In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, melted butter, and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar until combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a greased 8-inch square baking dish to form an even layer.
- 2
Make the peanut butter filling
In a separate bowl, mix the peanut butter, remaining powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the graham cracker base in the baking dish.
- 3
Melt the chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- 4
Top with chocolate
Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, spreading it evenly. Tap the dish on the counter to remove any air bubbles.
- 5
Chill
Refrigerate the dish for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- 6
Serve
Cut into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.
