Cook the Bacon
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the rendered fat in the skillet.

Combine Ingredients
Stir in the brown sugar, tomato paste, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix well to combine.

Add Beans and Beer
Add the canned navy beans (drained and rinsed) and Guinness stout beer to the skillet. Stir gently to combine.

Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook on low heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once the beans are thickened and bubbling, remove from heat. Stir in the crispy bacon and chopped parsley before serving.
