Triple Chocolate Chunk

Prepare the Dough
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chunks.

Bake the Cookies
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Drop large spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them apart. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are set but centers are soft. Let cool on the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Oatmeal Raisin

Prepare the Dough
In a large bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. In another bowl, cream butter with granulated and brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in the eggs and stir in vanilla. Gradually mix in dry ingredients, followed by the raisins.

Bake the Cookies
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them evenly. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool before moving to a wire rack.
Peanut Butter Cup

Prepare the Dough
In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, cream butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients and fold in chopped peanut butter cups.
