Prepare the Dough
In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until fully combined.

Add Flavors
Divide the dough into separate bowls for each flavor. Mix in chocolate chips, toffee bits, ground ginger, oats, or crushed gingersnap cookies into the respective bowls.

Shape and Bake
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Drop tablespoon-sized portions of each cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.

Cool and Serve
Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy your variety of monster cookies!
