Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all ingredients and thinly slice the corned beef if not pre-sliced.

Assemble the Sandwich
Lay out 4 slices of marble rye bread. Spread a tablespoon of dressing on each slice. Layer with corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese. Top each sandwich with another slice of rye bread.

Grill the Sandwiches
In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Place the sandwiches in the skillet and grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Add more butter as needed for each batch.

Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve warm with additional dressing on the side if desired.
