Baking Instructions

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder, baking soda, and sea salt until well combined.

Combine Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Add Chocolate Chips
Fold in the dark chocolate chips gently.

Bake the Brownies
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.

Cool and Serve
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Cut into squares and serve.
