Directions
- 1
Prepare the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 2
Form the Patties
In a bowl, season the Angus beef with salt and black pepper. Form into 3 slider-sized patties.
- 3
Cook the Patties
In the same skillet used for the bacon, cook the patties over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- 4
Add Cheese
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.
- 5
Assemble the Sliders
On each slider bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by the cheesy beef patty, a slice of crispy bacon, a slice of tomato, and drizzle with BBQ sauce. Top with the other half of the bun.
- 6
Serve
Serve the sliders warm with extra BBQ sauce on the side if desired.
