Prepare the Fries
Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the frozen steak fries package. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy, usually about 25-30 minutes.

Add the Toppings
Once the fries are cooked, remove them from the oven. Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses evenly over the hot fries. Then, top with the crumbled bacon.

Melt the Cheese
Return the loaded fries to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
