Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease four ramekins with butter and dust them with flour, tapping out the excess. Place the ramekins on a baking tray.

Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a heatproof bowl, combine the dark chocolate and unsalted butter. Melt them together over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Mix Sugar and Eggs
In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, large eggs, and egg yolks until well blended. Add the vanilla extract and continue whisking until fluffy.

Fill Ramekins
Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins, filling each about 3/4 full.

Bake the Cakes
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the center is soft and slightly jiggly.

Cool and Serve
Let the cakes cool for 1 minute, then carefully invert them onto plates. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
