1. Prepare the Filling

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, chopped green onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

2. Assemble the Spring Rolls

Lay a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface. Place 2-3 tablespoons of the filling mixture in the center of the wrapper. Fold the sides over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to enclose the filling. Seal the edge with a little water.

3. Fry the Spring Rolls

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the spring rolls in batches, frying until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
