Bring burrata to room temperature (about 30-60 minutes) to soften for easy scooping.

Assemble burrata with garlic
Place the burrata on a serving platter. Nestle roasted garlic cloves around the burrata or place a few on top for easy access.

Finish and season
Drizzle 1-2 tablespoons of estate olive oil over the burrata. Lightly season with sea salt and cracked black pepper. Tear some basil leaves over the cheese.

Garnish and serve
Garnish with torn basil leaves. If using, sprinkle lemon zest and red pepper flakes for brightness. Serve immediately with warm grilled bread for dipping.
