1. Prep and preheat

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment or a silicone mat.

2. Trim and dry

Trim the tough ends of the broccolini and pat dry to remove excess moisture for better roasting.

3. Combine seasonings

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, chili flakes, sea salt, and black pepper.

4. Toss broccolini

Add the broccolini to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the lemon-garlic oil.

5. Roast

Spread the broccolini in a single layer on the prepared sheet pan. Roast 12–15 minutes, until the stems are tender and the tops are lightly charred, shaking the pan halfway through.

6. Finish and serve

Remove from oven. Taste and adjust salt if needed. Serve warm with a final squeeze of lemon if desired.
