In three separate shallow bowls, place the flour seasoned with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in the first bowl, beaten eggs in the second bowl, and panko breadcrumbs in the third bowl.
3. Bread the Grouper
Coat each grouper fillet in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
4. Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat until hot.
