Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Pork Tenderloin
Pound the pork tenderloin until it's about 1/2 inch thick. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- 2
Bread the Pork
Dredge the seasoned pork tenderloin in the Italian seasoned breading, ensuring it's fully coated.
- 3
Cook the Pork
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the breaded pork and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- 4
Prepare the Sandwich
Once cooked, place the pork on a sub roll. Spoon marinara sauce over the pork and top with slices of Provel cheese.
- 5
Melt the Cheese
Place the sandwiches under a broiler for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 6
Serve
Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, then slice in half and serve warm.
