In a cocktail shaker, combine Fandango Mezcal, strawberry juice, Esquimalt Kina Blanc, lemon juice, lime juice, and simple syrup.

Add 2 dashes of rhubarb bitters to the shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill the mixture.
