1. Prepare the Marinade

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the cubed chicken and kefta. Mix well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2. Grill the Kabobs

Thread marinated chicken and kefta onto skewers. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken kabobs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally. Grill kefta kabobs for about 8-10 minutes.

3. Cook the Lamb Chops

Season lamb chops with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.

4. Prepare the Chicken Wings

Season chicken wings with your favorite spices and grill for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.

5. Cook Shawarma Meats

In a skillet over medium heat, sauté sliced chicken shawarma and beef-lamb shawarma for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.

6. Cook the Rice

Prepare the rice according to package instructions. Fluff and set aside.

7. Assemble the Platter

On a large serving platter, arrange the grilled kabobs, lamb chops, chicken wings, shawarma meats, rice, hummus, EZ salad, and pita bread. Serve with your choice of dipping sauces.
