Prepare the Kefta
In a large bowl, mix together the ground meat, onion, parsley, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Form the mixture into small meatballs (about the size of a golf ball).

Cook the Kefta
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Simmer the Kefta
Return the meatballs to the skillet with the sauce. Cover and let simmer for about 20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the meatballs to cook through.

Serve
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with rice or pita bread.
