Cocktail Preparation

Prepare the Dragon Fruit
Cut the red dragon fruit in half and scoop out the flesh. Measure out 0.5 cup of the flesh and set it aside.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the 1.5 oz of Norden Pink Aquavit, 1 oz of Equiano Rum, 1 oz of Haku Vodka, 0.5 cup of prepared red dragon fruit, 0.5 oz of fresh lime juice, and 1 oz of pineapple juice.

Add Ice
Fill the shaker with 1 cup of ice to chill the mixture.

Shake the Cocktail
Seal the shaker and shake well for about 15-20 seconds until the outside of the shaker is cold.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish
Top the cocktail with 0.25 cup of Fruity Pebbles for a fun, colorful garnish.
