Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Batter
In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, water, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
Add Vegetables
Add the sliced potato, onion, chopped spinach, and cauliflower florets to the batter. Mix until the vegetables are fully coated.
Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat until hot.
Fry the Pakoras
Using a spoon, drop small portions of the vegetable batter mixture into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per batch.
Drain and Serve
Remove the pakoras from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
