Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Season the Steak

Rub the ribeye steaks with olive oil, then season generously with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Let the steaks sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before grilling.

  2. 2

    Grill the Steak

Preheat your grill to high heat. Once hot, place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting the time based on your preferred doneness. Add fresh rosemary on top of the steaks while grilling for extra flavor.

  3. 3

    Rest the Steak

Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Fries Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel the russet potatoes and cut them into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick. Soak the fries in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

  2. 5

    Fry the Potatoes

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot (around 350°F/175°C), drain the fries from the water and pat them dry. Fry in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5-6 minutes per batch.

  3. 6

    Season the Fries

Remove the fries and drain on paper towels. While still hot, sprinkle with salt to taste.

House Salad Preparation

  1. 7

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and dry the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber. Cut the cucumber into thin slices and the red onion into thin rings.

  2. 8

    Make the Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 9

    Assemble the Salad

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
