Preparation of Salad Base

Prepare Romaine Lettuce
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Remove any wilted outer leaves. Cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.

Sprinkle the croutons over the prepared romaine lettuce in the salad bowl.
Making Caesar Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, anchovy fillets, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.

Blend Dressing
Using a whisk or an immersion blender, blend the ingredients together until the dressing is smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Combining and Serving

Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the romaine lettuce and croutons in the salad bowl. Toss gently to combine, ensuring all the lettuce and croutons are well coated with the dressing.
